6. Client Engagement Data
When Eveilsynthet is engaged to review customer support conversations as part of an Inbox Listening Audit, Draft Assist Pilot, or Quiet Quality Companion retainer, the handling of that data is governed by a separate written data processing agreement with the client. That agreement specifies the legal basis, scope of review, anonymisation procedures, retention period, and deletion terms. This privacy policy does not govern that processing.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Eveilsynthet is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete that data promptly.
